We ship to AUS Addresses Only.
ㆍOnce shipping begins, order information and invoice number will be sent via e-mail.
ㆍOur delivery partners are currently experiencing delays. As a result your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

< Shipping Rates >
Free shipping for orders with total purchase amount $50 (Standard, 2~5 days) and over.
On orders over $100, we provide a FREE Express Shipping and require a signature upon delivery, unless you provide authority to leave when you place your order.

1. Shipping Options
Please allow 1- 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

 Standard, DHL AUS Approx. 3~7 days
 Express AUS Approx. 2~5 days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on amount of order. You can check it at the check-out page.

2. International Shipping for Out-of-stock Items
It is possible to ship from supplier directly (from Korea) on out-of-stock items - you should receive an email notification, and the shipping may take longer than expected.

3. Address Changes
Shipping information (address, phone number, etc.) may be modified only for orders that are “order complete” and “order confirmation” (billing information and shipping country may not be changed).

Check your order status in detail page on My Account > Order History.
If shipping information for your order can be changed, “Edit” button will be shown under the address.

To prevent any inconvenience, please note that order information may not be modified after the “processing” phase has begun.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and links to the selected courier website. You can also check your order page.

< Out-of-Stock Items >
If an item in your order is out of stock after payment, you will receive notification via email. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please visit the product page and sign up for Email Restock Notification.
